People who've used acrylic paints at least a little bit before — anywhere from a little bit to being very comfortable with them, though you may not have yet tried the techniques or mediums we'll be using.

What is the class about?
This phase of our Art Adventure is all about expanding possibilities, in wonderfully creative ways — ways that help you avoid getting stuck worrying about whether what's in front of you looks like something you're trying to reproduce. (Who the heck needs that when you want to have fun?)
Acrylic paints and mediums open up all kinds of innovative opportunities for us in ways most other paint mediums aren't able to. You're able to do much more. You can have fun! You can innovate!
You can incorporate interesting papers (and create your own interesting papers to use, too); add inspirational or funny quotations; or add images of birds, flowers, butterflies, something that makes you smile, or anything you like.
You can work with images of treasured family photographs, or any of your own photographs that appeal to you.
You can add textures and patterns, too. Acrylics open up a whole world of creative possibilities that you can explore!
